Franklin Co. fugitive captured in Idaho after 11 years on the run
FRANKFORT, Ky. (WDKY) - The Franklin County Sheriff's Office says a man who was wanted for more than a decade is behind bars after investigators discovered he was living in Idaho.
Investigators say Brett Michael Kirschenmann, 36, was wanted for felony non-support after he failed to pay child support to the mother of his child for 11 years.
Detectives were able to find out the suspect was living in central Idaho, and authorities in Boise and Ada County were able to locate and arrest Kirschenmann.
Kirschenmann was extradited from Idaho, and he is now being held in the Franklin County Regional Jail on a $16,078.98 cash bond.
