Jim Caldwell's Forecast | Typical Summer sizzle settles for a couple of days
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WDKY) - Humidity started creeping back up to some uncomfortable levels on Tuesday. Today, it gets pushed out of here!
A cold front will work through the area. As it makes its way across Kentucky, you can expect to see temperatures take a little dip. This isn't a potent front! Don't expect highs to fall into the 70s and lows in the low 50s. It is a front that fires a few storms and brings a more comfortable feel.
It is a very short-lived run with this more pleasant air. The juice (humidity) gets loose again by this weekend. Each day will feature heat, humidity, showers and storms. That doesn't mean a complete washout of a weekend. It just means that the normal Summer storms will be back in town!
Have a wonderful Wednesday.
