Lexington road reopens after motorcyclist injured in crash
LEXINGTON, Ky. - A motorcyclist was rushed to the hospital after being rear-ended in Lexington.
The crash happened just before 7 a.m. on North Broadway and West Loudon Avenue.
Police said the motorcyclist was headed inbound on North Broadway and was attempting to turn left onto Loudon Avenue when a car hit him from behind.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The crash had both inbound lanes of North Broadway closed for about an hour.
