Police capture three suspects wanted for Frankfort kidnapping
FRANKFORT, Ky. - Kentucky State Police have captured three people wanted for kidnapping a woman in Frankfort.
Investigators arrested Steven Miller and Erica Morrison in Franklin county. Police caught Cody McCarter on Thursday morning in Scott County. Investigators say the three were involved with kidnapping a 25-year-old woman back on April 28.
According to Trooper Bernis Napier, the three knew the victim and forced her into a silver Honda at gunpoint.
