Go Red for Women celebrates 10 years
For the last ten years, the American Heart Association Go Red Experience has been encouraging women to take care of their hearts, and this month, the group is holding a celebration for the program.
The event will feature a luncheon with keynote speaker, Laila Ali, the daughter of the late boxing legend and Kentucky native Muhammad Ali, who is a champion boxer and health and wellness champion in her own right.
The event also included breakout sessions and educational materials and interactive exhibits - all taking place prior to the luncheon.
The event will be be held Friday, November 17th, at the Lexington Center - Heritage Hall. It runs from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Individual tickets cost $100
