Cybersecurity risks

Experts and cybersecurity sites say the more high-profile you are, the greater your chances of data risk with bluetooth.

Attacker schemes such as “bluesnarfing”  stealing text messages, contact lists, and photos respreading.

One cybersecurity site said even headphones and fitness trackers can be hacked.

While experts say most people are safe with it your profile using bluetooth affects your vulnerability.

NYC gas hookups

In a move a move to be green, New York City is saying no to new gas hookups.

The new law bans new gas stoves, boilers and heaters in new buildings and buildings undergoing renovations.

Supporters said the proposal combats climate change and air pollution.

However some building interests and utilities worry it would strain the electrical grid and increase power outages.


Breakfast may be considered the most important meal of the day but it’s also the most consistent according to a new study.

Researchers studied 3,000 people and found 68% of them repeated the same breakfast meal at least twice a week.

Only 9% repeated the same meals for dinner.

The reasons include a rush to get ready and a focus on healthier foods first thing in the morning.

Christmas shopping

Attention all last-minute shoppers your window of opportunity for christmas shopping is coming to a close.

Some major stores said they can still get your orders before Dec. 25, Walmart said shoppers have until monday to place an order.

Macy’s customers have two more days and Amazon members can order gifts up until Thursday.

His holiness is not slowing down either as he recently got back from a trip abroad, with stops in Cyprus and Greece.
