A new government report confirms what so many of us are seeing first-hand. The prices of goods and services have been skyrocketing.

The producer price index, which is a measure of wholesale prices for goods and services, went up by two-tenths of a percent last month.

That was actually a little less than expected but for all of last year, the prices spiked by 9.7%.


Flight cancellations because of COVID-19 are making a dent in delta’s business.

The airline said 8,000 employees have contracted covid over the last four weeks and flight cancellations cost it $75-million.

The latest outbreak is expected to mean delta won’t make a profit until spring and summer.


Tax season is here and the IRS said it has a significant backlog on its hands.

With about six million unprocessed returns just before the new year started.

This could mean a delay in your refund.

To get your money back quicker, experts suggest filing your returns as soon as possible, filing online, and signing up for a direct deposit.

The diet focuses on whole grains, beans, fruits, herbs, and spices.


An artist in Los Angeles honors Betty White’s life with a mural.

Corie Matties initially planned to make the mural to celebrate White’s 100th birthday. However, after her death, she decided to get it done sooner.

Matties considers the star a role model, therefore she painted “Be more like Betty” at the bottom of the mural.
The artist also added a QR code to the painting, so people can donate to a local animal rescue center in Betty’s honor.
