Meatloaf

An American musician and actor with a legendary flair for showmanship has died.

Marvin Lee Aday better known by his stage name “Meat loaf” died at the age of 74.

No cause has been released.

Meat loaf was best known for his 19-77 album and songs from “Bat out of hell” and for other songs like “I would do anything for love” and “Two out of three ain’t bad.”

He also starred in films such as “Rocky Horror Picture Show”, “Wayne’s World,” and “Fight Club”.

Wine

Health officials said a daily glass of wine is not good for your well-being.

The World Heart Federation said drinking increases the risks of heart and digestive diseases and even cancer.

The federation is countering what it said are misconceptions by the alcohol industry that drinking in moderation can be helpful in preventing disease.

Binging

A recent study reveals binge-watching TV is linked to a higher risk of blood clots.

Researchers found that people who watch more than four hours of TV daily are more likely to develop clots.

It’s because of a lack of circulation due to sitting in the same position for long periods of time.

Whale

The search is on off the coast of Hawaii for a humpback whale.

A marine mammal rescue team said the whale is entangled in debris.

Crews removed about two thousand feet of debris off the whale as it made its way off the island of Kauai over the weekend.

But crews said they didn’t get it all.

Elton John

Elton John has restarted his long-delayed “Farewell yellow brick road” tour.

The legendary singer returned to the stage with a show in New Orleans, Louisiana, his first concert since march of 2020.

John told the audience he’s never had this much time off in his career.

He’s set to perform at Lexington’s Rupp arena on April 9.
