The state’s positivity rate is now 27.77%. There were also 29 new deaths reported, bringing the state’s death toll up to 12,484.
Currently, there are 2,098 people hospitalized with COVID-19 with 459 in the ICU, and 237 on a ventilator.
The FDA shared how to help stop the spread of COVID-19:
- Get a COVID-19 vaccine
- Wash your hands often with plain soap and water
- Cover your mouth and nose with a mask when around others
- Avoid crowds and practice social distancing (stay at least 6 feet apart from others)
