Lexington Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man suspected of stealing at least one package from an apartment complex.
Surveillance cameras at the complex on Dalton Court show a USPS employee dropping off a package around 8am, the morning of December 21, 2020.
An hour later, the man in the photo is seen walking down the stairs, with another package in hand, and swiping a box sitting outside a woman’s door.
Detectives tell Crime Stoppers, the man was captured on another camera in the complex’s community laundry room opening the package and stuffing the women’s clothing into a blue UK bag.
