When the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department discovered this restaurant was still operating with in-person dining, they issued a warning and revoked its food permit. But, the owner refuses to close.(WDKY)

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WDKY) – A judge has granted a temporary restraining order against a Lexington business for ignoring a state ban on indoor dining.

Last week, the Fayette County Health Department filed a complaint against Brewed coffee bar. The business also lost its food and liquor license.

Monday afternoon, a judge ruled in favor of the health department, granting their motion for a temporary restraining order and injunctive relief.
