NANCY, Ky. (FOX 56) – Kentucky State Police (KSP) is investigating a three-vehicle collision that occurred Tuesday on the Cumberland Parkway.

An initial investigation showed that Michael A Fillmore, 41, of California, lost control of his vehicle and crossed into the path of a vehicle operated by Roy C. Nicholas, 19, of Nancy.
