FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — The man accused of killing three police officers, a K9 unit, and injuring multiple others during a standoff in Floyd County on June 30 is set to appear in court once again.

Lance Storz, 49, will appear in Floyd County District Court for a preliminary hearing at 1:30 p.m. Monday.

Authorities said Storz is facing an array of charges including murder, attempted murder, and assault on a service animal.
