LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – Animal lovers, tree enthusiasts, and children rejoice, the Louisville Zoo is offering something special this Earth Day.
On Sunday, The Louisville Zoo will be reducing their general admission to $8.25 and offering free parking thanks to a partnership with Louisville Gas and Electric and the Kentucky Utilities Foundation.
In a news release, the zoo said the Earth Day event is the highlight of its “Party for the Planet: A month-long celebration of the Earth” in April.
During the event, visitors will learn more about the zoo’s conservation efforts through eco-themed exhibitors.
