SHELBYVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) – The Kentucky State Police (KSP) have been investigating allegations of criminal abuse involving a 13-month-old child in Shelby County.

According to KSP, on May 16, Michael Davis, 32, of Jefferson County, was indicted by a Shelby County Grand Jury on a first-degree criminal abuse charge.

On Tuesday, Davis was found and placed under arrest and he was booked Wednesday at 9:34 a.m.

Davis is currently lodged in the Shelby County Detention Center.
