PERRY COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) – Kentucky State Police (KSP) continue to search for a missing person in Perry County.
Troopers got a call around 3 p.m. on Jan. 13 that Vicco and Lotts Creek Fire and Rescue located human remains on a creek bank in the Rowdy community of Perry County.
The remains were identified as 69-year-old Dale Williams, who was pronounced missing on Jan. 4, along with his daughter, 43-year-old Misty Williams.
Rescue crews are continuing their search for Ms. Williams.
Williams will be taken to the state Medical Examiners Office for an autopsy.
No foul play is expected at this time, the investigation is ongoing.
