LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – Wild Health has entered into a partnership with Wild Labs to expand COVID-19 testing from their own homes.

Patients can now make appointments online or over the phone for whatever time works best for them. According to Wild Health, once an appointment has been made a Wild Health Mobile Collection Specialist will arrive and administer a COVID test. Like all COVID tests, these at-home tests are private and confidential.

A Telehealth visit with a licensed provider is included with Wild Health testing services. Patients will have a brief, virtual visit with the provider to discuss symptoms, possible exposures, and have any questions they may have answered.

Wild Health confirmed in a news release their services are being offered in the greater Lexington, Louisville, and northern Kentucky areas. Patients using their health insurance coverage will not be responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses for any of their services.

“Wild Health is expanding its ability to increase access to COVID-19 testing by meeting our patients where they live,” said Nicole Merz, Director of Clinical Operations and Training. “As an organization, we are committed to breaking down barriers to testing to ensure anyone who would like to be tested is given that opportunity.”

Wild Health does request all patients wear a mask for the entirety of their visit and a mask will be provided if the patient does not have one.
