3 arrested in connection with murder of Georgetown man
FALMOUTH, Ky. (WDKY) - Kentucky State Police have announced three arrests days after a Georgetown man was found dead in Pendleton County.
Troopers say Shawn Richie, 45, of Falmouth, and Jason Wallace, 39, of Butler, were charged with manslaughter in the death of Christopher Powell. Christopher Harris, 41, of Falmouth, was also arrested for tampering with physical evidence and hindering apprehension of a fugitive.
Troopers say Powell, 31, died from injuries sustained while in the area of Second Street in Falmouth. Powell was transported to Harrison County Memorial Hospital before he succumbed to his injuries.
All three were placed in the Boone County Detention Center.
