LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – The tally is in for total funds raised through Chris Stapleton’s concert at Kroger Field on Saturday.

The sold-out stadium show titled “A Concert for Kentucky” — headlined by country music star Chris Stapleton, supported by Sheryl Crowe, Willie Nelson, and Madeline Edwards — raised over $1 million for Stapleton’s “Outlaw State of Kind Hometown Fund“.

Money raised by the concert will be administered through the Blue Grass Community Foundation to multiple Kentucky organizations closely supported by Stapleton including The Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation, the American Red Cross, UK Healthcare Kentucky Children’s Hospital, the Community Foundation of Western Kentucky’s Disaster Relief Fund, and Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library

Stapleton is set to continue his “All-American Road Show” in the coming months with notable stops in Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, Washington D.C., and Long Island.
