LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — The Jessamine County coroner has identified the woman killed Wednesday on Lauren Drive.

Lydia Cassady’s body was found inside a home and police said she had been shot.

A GoFundMe has been established in hopes to help pay for funeral expenses as well as child care for Lydia Cassady’s two children.

The GoFundMe has already collected $6,470 of $25,000 goal.

Police are still searching for Cassady’s long-time, live-in boyfriend Kenneth Strange.

If anyone sees Strange they are asked to contact the police immediately.
