LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — An investigation is underway after a dead body was found at a Lexington car wash.
Officers said they were dispatched to Red Mile Car Wash at 651 Red Mile Road at approximately 2 p.m. Monday for reports of a foul odor.
Upon arrival, authorities said they found an extensively decomposed body in a vehicle in the parking lot.
The Fayette County coroner is examining the body further.
