LEXINGTON, Ky. (WDKY) – UPDATE: A man charged in a Lexington murder case has had his charges dropped.
Lexington police charged Anthony King in the death of Darel Price.
Price was shot on Chestnut Street back in July.
King was quickly named as a suspect and arrested almost two months later.
Police say a grand jury recently dismissed the charges against him.
PREVIOUS: A man wanted for a Lexington murder has been arrested.
Anthony King was booked into the Fayette County Detention Center on Sept. 3.
Price, 31, was shot to death that day on Chestnut Street.
King is charged with murder, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, cocaine trafficking, and possession of marijuana.
