Knox County man arrested after low-speed pursuit on golf cart
KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (WDKY) - Knox County authorities say a man is behind bars after he refused to stop while driving a golf cart impaired.
Deputies say James J. McNeil, 44, of Artemus was operating the golf cart while intoxicated Tuesday evening on Highland Lane.
When a deputy tried to pull McNeil over, McNeil refused to stop until approaching a railroad bridge.
McNeil was arrested and charged with DUI and fleeing or evading police.
He is booked in the Knox County Detention Center.
