FRANKFORT, Ky. (WDKY) – A Frankfort woman is behind bars after police say she caused a disruption at an apartment complex while three children were home without supervision.

Police say they received a report that Kristie Kincaid, 35, was banging on doors at an apartment complex on Compton Drive. When officers arrived, they discovered she had urinated on a chair in the lobby, and her speech was slurred.

Kincaid’s three children, all under 10, were inside their home without adult supervision when officers checked on their welfare.

Police arrested Kincaid, who said she would kill police officers. She would later urinate in the back of the police cruiser while being transported to jail.

Kincaid is charged with public intoxication, endangering the welfare of a minor and terroristic threatening. She was booked in the Franklin County Regional Jail on a $2,000 bond.
