LEXINGTON, Ky. (WDKY) – A section of Interstate 75 is back open.
Police say a semi jackknifed in the northbound lanes of I-75, just past the ramp to I-64 East at the southern split.
No injuries were reported, but police say the semi leaked a small amount of coolant, so the interstate had to be shut down temporarily while crews clean up the scene and remove the semi.
Police say the Winchester Rd. on-ramp to I-75 was also closed and traffic was diverted onto I-64 East.
We’re told I-75 is now back open at the southern split.
