WATCH: Stories of gratitude and fortitude abound in Rockcastle warming shelter

Thousands of people are still without power at their homes, several days after the first round of a winter storm hit Kentucky. Many people have found shelter at Rockcastle County Middle School and have bonded while they wait to return to their homes. (See video)
