LEXINGTON, Ky. – A woman is facing charges after driving the getaway car after in a Lexington gas station shooting.

Police have charged Aleah Davis with wanton endangerment

Davis’ arrest citation says she drove a white Dodge Charger to the Thornton’s on Redding Road.

Also in the arrest citation, police identify Tyler Jalen Mack as the shooter.

Davis’ vehicle was pulled over about a mile away after the shooting happened. Police say Mack ran away from the vehicle.

Lexington Police arrived at the gas station to find several bullet holes. The shots damaged vehicles and at least one gas pump.

At the time, Lt. Jeremy Tuttle of Lexington police said, “the victim and his adult son were near and around his vehicle that was getting gas. An unknown person came up behind them and started firing shots near them. The suspect is said to have fled in a white Dodge Charger, possibly with a black racing stripe.”

Now neighbors of the gas station like Gayle Williams are beginning to use more caution in their daily routines.

“This stuff is really starting to get close to my home. I come here quite a bit. I guess I am going to have to start watching out for things,” says Williams.
