EASY CHICKEN SALAD PICNIC PITAS
• 1 can (28 oz.) Keystone Chicken, diced
• 1/2 cup salad dressing or Mayo
• 1/4 cup celery, chopped
• 1/4 cup onion, chopped
• ½ cup Golden Raisins
• 4-6 pitas, cut in half
• Lettuce for garnish
• Salt and pepper to taste
1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients until blended well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Scoop into each half of pitas and garnish with lettuce.
