Lexington Police arrested 31-year old Colin Hurt hours after they say he stole from a car parked outside a home on Island Pond Road. The home’s owner, Justin Wiese, owns Kentucky Secured- a company that specializes in home security and HD cameras.
A police report says when Hurt was arrested, he was wearing the same shirt he was seen wearing in surveillance video at Wiese’s house.
