Olivier Sarr hit two triples and poured in 14 points for Kentucky. Devin Askew and BJ Boston both added 11 points.
With the win, John Calipari is now 15-0 against Mississippi State during his time in Lexington.
John Calipari was ejected during the game and the Wildcats went on a big run with him in the locker room.
