LAWRENCEBURG, Ky. (FOX 56) – 760 basketball players, girls and boys alike, have the chance to take the court in the 2022 McDonald’s All-American Games, including Amiya Jenkins of Lawrenceburg, Ky.

Jenkins, the Anderson County High School standout, was nominated to participate in the games. She has the opportunity to join basketball legends like Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Maya Moore, and Candace Parker as McDonald’s All-Americans.

Players are nominated by a high school coach, athletic director, principal, or a member of the McDonald’s All-American Games Selection Committee.

The top 24 boys and girls selected to play in the 2022 McDonald’s All-American Games will be selected on Jan. 25 on ESPN’s “NBA Today” between 3-4 p.m. ET.

The girl’s McDonald’s All-American Game will take place on Mar. 29 at 6:30 p.m. ET and the boy’s game after that at 9 p.m. ET on ESPN.
