1 lb bulk chorizo

1 poblano pepper, diced

1 jalapeño pepper, finely diced

1 12-oz bottle salsa (we used Me Salsa Roja Molcajete)

1 8-oz package cream cheese

Chips, for serving


In a medium saucepan, cook and crumble the chorizo. Add the diced poblano and jalapeño peppers and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add the salsa and bring to a simmer, then stir in the cream cheese to melt. Serve warm with loads of chips.
