Ingredients
1 12-oz package white chocolate chips
1 15-oz bag pretzel sticks
1 cup honey roasted peanuts
Instructions
Place a large glass or metal bowl over a pot of simmering water to create a double boiler. Melt the chocolate chips until smooth and remove the bowl from the double boiler. Stir the pretzel sticks and peanuts into the chocolate, stirring well to coat everything in a thin layer of chocolate. Drop this mixture by the spoonful into mounds onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Leave on the countertop to set or place in the refrigerator until set.
