LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – More rainy and stormy days are ahead. With slow-moving weather systems this week, the opportunity to get rained on will continue for much of this week.
It will not rain every moment of the day, but dark skies will likely return and skies could easily open up with more downpour potential.
Lows tonight should drop to near 69 degrees.
Tuesday will feature plenty of clouds with occasional rain and storms with highs near 81 degrees.
Of course, if you see rising waters, seek higher ground immediately, and “Turn Around, Don’t Drown!”
The chance of rain may pull back a bit on Saturday with some spotty rain in far southeastern Kentucky, but early next week the rainy pattern is likely to resume.
