LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – While spotty showers and storms are possible through the day, rain chances are much higher tonight as an upper-level disturbance and a cold front move into the region.
Some of the storms could be strong with gusty winds and heavy rain. The greatest risk for severe weather will be in western Kentucky.
Rain chances are highest Tuesday morning with a smaller chance for some spotty storms Tuesday afternoon as the cold front stalls.
The stormy pattern continues through Wednesday with a drier day expected Thursday. Another front moves in Friday into Saturday with another round of rain.
