Jim Caldwell’s Forecast | A much calmer stretch is coming

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WDKY) – These heavy rains have left a lot of people to deal with high water issues.

Rounds of rain will finally clear out after dealing with significant amounts of rain around here. Many of you picked up several inches of total rainfall. After the latest front clears, things will end up looking a lot better around here. Our very mild run will come to an end, but at least the rain will pull out of the region.

The next round of rain that we see will get here on Wednesday. It is a system passing by to our south. This shouldn’t be much rain at all. So no need to worry very much about the amounts.

It is another Monday, and every day we move forward is a day closer to a return to our ordinary world. All signs suggest that we are finally nearly there! Take care of each other; we’ve got this!
